We provide 24/7 emergency children’s care services, including out-of-hours support, liaison with emergency duty teams, and rapid response within 24 hours. We support social care teams within councils across England and Wales, often in last-minute crisis situations. Our fully compliant, Team Teach–trained staff undergo rigorous audits and in-house training, ensuring adaptability to all support needs, shift work, and location changes. They are also skilled in detailed shift reporting, rota planning, and attending risk management meetings. All staff based in Wales are registered with SCW (Social Care Wales).
