The Role

As a Payroll Data Processor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for employees. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing starters, leavers, and timesheets with precision
• Managing payroll data entry and performing quality checks
• Handling absence records and pay-related queries
• Assisting with audits, compliance, and general payroll administration
• Providing excellent customer service to internal employees

What You’ll Need

• Experience in payroll processing (iTrent experience is a plus!)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume data
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Numeracy skills (minimum GCSE grade C in Maths)
