Registered Manager – Children’s Residential (Specialist Therapeutic Services)
Nottingham | Package up to £70,500 (£52,500 + Bonuses of up to £18,000)

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a specialist children’s home? This company is seeking passionate leaders for multiple services in Nottingham, supporting young people with complex trauma and problematic sexualised behaviours.

Opportunities are available across:

  • Nottingham (NG9) – 4-bed home (Assessing and Healing Complex Trauma)
  • Nottingham (NG16) – 4-bed home (Overcoming Problematic Sexualised Behaviour)
  • Nottingham (NG16) – 5-bed home (Assessing and Healing Complex Trauma)

Each home provides a structured, therapeutic environment where young people receive tailored care to support their recovery and development.

The Role

  • Lead and develop a dedicated team to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care
  • Ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations and maintains the highest standards
  • Oversee care planning, risk management, and therapeutic interventions
  • Work closely with therapists, social workers, and external professionals
  • Foster a safe, structured environment where young people can rebuild their confidence and independence

About You

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
  • A passion for trauma-informed care and achieving positive outcomes for children
  • The ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
