Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respectful personal care and practical support to service users.
• Develop and review aspirational support plans tailored to individual needs.
• Supervise and guide staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to maximise outcomes for service users.
• Assist in operational management, including rota creation and quality monitoring.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• At least two years’ experience in providing care to older people.
• A warm, respectful, and person-centred approach.
• Supervisory experience or the ability to supervise a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role requires flexibility to work on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. On-call duties are also part of the role.
