The Role

As a Female Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to older individuals in a purpose-built extra care setting. Your role will involve:

• Building trusting therapeutic relationships with service users
• Providing respectful personal care tailored to individual needs
• Encouraging and supporting an active and fulfilling lifestyle
• Ensuring the well-being, dignity, and independence of service users
• This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with shifts between 07:00 – 22:00, including nights, sleep-ins, weekends, and public holidays, depending on service needs.

What you need

• A genuine passion for supporting older adults
• Good communication skills and a caring nature
• A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided!
