This company is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join their established mother and baby residential setting in across the Kent area. The role focuses on safeguarding, emotional support, and encouraging parenting development within a safe and structured environment.

Key requirements:

• Previous experience in a support worker, youth work, or care setting is preferred
• Resilient and empathetic, with a strong commitment to helping vulnerable young people
• Able to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts when required
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
